Account Sharing
How more than one agent or landlord can access the same account
To share access with others, the primary account holder can add up to TWO additional mobile phone numbers to their account. This will enable others to securely sign in to the account.
This is useful when multiple landlords need access, or when agents need to collaborate with team members, administrators, managing brokers, or other agents handling the rental. (Agents - please see notes on legal compliance, below)
The Basics - All accounts need the following when logging in:
The account login (email address assigned to the specific account)
The account's password
A 2nd-Step mobile verification code (sent via text)
Sharing Access:
The primary account holder can add up to TWO additional mobile phone numbers to their account.
By adding additional mobile phones, up to three different users can receive security codes to sign in to the same account.
When signing in, each user will:
Enter the account login (email address) assigned to the account
Enter the password assigned to the account
Click to request and receive a 6 digit code sent to that user's cell phone
Receiving the 6 digit code
When multiple mobile numbers are added to the account, ALL numbers will be displayed at sign in.
The user selects their mobile number.
They receive their 6 digit security code, sent directly to their device.

Access to your account can ONLY be shared within your brokerage firm
(team members, co-listing agents, brokers, administrators, managers).Listings belong to the broker. Sharing outside the firm is prohibited and violates all applicable laws.
Remember: Access grants visibility to ALL renter submissions, not to just one particular applicant's information.
