What is our Refund Policy?

We want you to be aware of our no-refund policy before using our service. We're pretty sure you don't want any surprises!

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds. And here's why:

  • Once you've verified your ID with TransUnion®, your TransUnion® consumer reports are generated instantly.

  • Upon payment, you instantly and immediately receive the products and services you’ve paid for.

  • This includes 30 days of unlimited everything!

  • Your rental application, document upload folder, and income verification portal are immediately created and accessible.

  • TransUnion® will instantly review reports for accuracy.

  • They are securely provided to you and to anyone you have chosen to share them with.

  • We cannot unwind this service once it has been performed.

  • We cannot take back information once it has been released.

  • Please note: SoftScreen is NOT a subscription service. No ongoing charges will be experienced.

YES - We stand behind our product and service, but once provided, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. All transactions are final.

Some of these circumstances might include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Changed your mind

• The landlord denied your application

• The property is no longer available for rent

• Poor credit, low credit score or no credit score

• You have negative information on your TransUnion® criminal or eviction reports

• Incorrect information or missing information on your TransUnion® reports (You can contact TransUnion® to correct any and all inaccuracies and regenerate new reports at no charge)

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, this information will be presented again for your review and consideration immediately before you provide payment.
