Yes, you should complete it every time you generate reports
Unless specifically instructed to skip our rental application by the landlord, their agent, or your representing agent, please make sure to fill out and submit it. Your rental application is the primary document when applying to rent. It asks you to provide information not found on your three TransUnion® consumer reports.

The number of rental applications you receive is unlimited, just like report generation!
You get a new rental application every time new reports are generated. Please make sure to save and submit it!
Once saved, it acts as a template that can be used repeatedly for future additional rental applications. Most information you’ve previously entered will auto-populate, saving time and effort. It can be edited as necessary before submission.
As soon as a rental application is submitted, it is immediately available to listing agents, landlords, and any agent you have chosen to share with.
An email notification lets agents and landlords know of its availability.
