Payment concerns?

No Worries! We're here to help!
We're on top of things and will do our best to get everything squared away.

Let's start by letting you know that you will NOT be charged for a failed or incomplete payment!

Here are a few tips for a successful transaction…

IF YOU ARE USING AN iPhone and have had trouble submitting payment:
We are aware of payment processing issues with some, but not all iPhones. Depending on the version of iOS and which model iPhone is being used, there can be a problem completing payment. If this happens, please try again on a different web-enabled device, computer, or laptop. We know this is inconvenient and apologize for any trouble this may cause a select few valued clients.

VPN • Virtual Private Network
Many devices, cell phones included, have a VPN installed to safeguard your privacy and browsing activity. There is a possibility that a VPN may interfere with the transfer of payment data. You can temporarily turn this feature off in your phone's settings.

PLEASE USE YOUR CARD'S BILLING ADDRESS
Otherwise, your transaction will be blocked from successfully completing! (see explanation below)

DON'T INCLUDE  APARTMENT, SUITE, OR UNIT NUMBERS
Example: If your address is 10 Main Street Apt. #B1
JUST ENTER 10 MAIN ST

SPELL NUMERICAL STREET ADDRESSES
Example: 10 65th Ave.
SHOULD BE ENTERED AS 10 Sixty Fifth Ave
Example: 10 65th Ave. Apt A1
SHOULD BE ENTERED AS 10 Sixty Fifth Ave (no apt. or unit number)

P.O. BOXES
Example: P.O. Box 1234 - SHOULD BE ENTERED AS ONLY 1234

DO NOT USE:
GIFT CARDS, PREPAID CARDS, or CARDS ISSUED BY NON-U.S. BANKS. All cards must have a U.S. billing address.

If all information has been provided accurately, you have followed the above suggestions, and the problem continues, we strongly suggest contacting your bank to verify the billing address associated with your card. OR... try a different payment card.

There is a difference between an actual charge vs. a "pending" or temporary entry on your account.

Even if your attempted payment is unsuccessful, you may see an entry for SoftScreen® on your card’s account. This is NOT a permanent charge. It is a "pending entry." Pending entries are attempted charges. They are temporary and will be removed by your bank within the next few days without funds ever leaving your account. There is no need for any effort on your part or intervention on ours. Yes... your bank may have approved funding your transaction, which might temporarily show up on your account, but our processing system did not receive the necessary electronic permissions to take funds.  We will NOT be paid, and you will not be charged.

Please Note:

If your transaction was unsuccessful, you still need to submit payment. Do not worry about being charged more than one time. It is not possible for our system to take payment more than one time during any 30-day period from any one account holder. If you are being asked to provide payment, this means your attempted payment was unsuccessful.

WHAT TO DO

Please sign in to your SoftScreen® account and click "My Invitations" - OR - on the dedicated “Welcome Back” link to complete your order.

Finally, we understand you may wish to contact us for assistance, We want you to know that we CAN NOT force payments through or approve them without your bank’s participation. All payments must be provided online using our secure payment gateway. We are happy to help if you require assistance, but we do not have the ability to fix payment challenges that stem from failed address verification.

Thank You!
