  • Working with renters.
    Invite for “Pre-Screening - Agent Share”
    Renters get TransUnion® reports, fillable rental application, document upload, even income verification! Pre-Screen shares with only YOU - NOT with any other agent or landlord. Going forward, you’re able to invite your client to share information with other agents and landlords by sending an unlimited number of invitations to apply for rent.

    🚫 FYI… Pre-Screen/Agent Share is NOT the right option for listing agents representing the landlord.

  • Working with landlords.
    Invite to Apply For Rent. Send an address based link.
    Everything sent to ALL parties. Your listing or not, everything is shared with you, the landlord, and the landlord’s agent.
