No, a property does NOT need to be listed in an MLS to be entered in SoftScreen®.
Real Estate Agents can use SoftScreen® separate and apart from their MLS. Sign in to your agent account to “Add Rental”. Once added, you’re ready to screen renters. Perfect for off-market rentals, “pocket listings,” or whatever you term a listing that has been withheld from the MLS.
Automated MLS address entry! Effortless!
We offer an automated service that reduces workflow and safeguards agency. In specific market regions, brokers can use our automated MLS entry. This service enables any property entered in their MLS to automatically appear in SoftScreen, guaranteeing that agents (and listing clients) can safely and easily receive offers to rent.
Important to note: This service only works if a broker participates by signing on for it.
If your broker has not signed on, your listing will not automatically populate in SoftScreen®. Fortunately, adding a rental only takes a moment.
