I’ve entered my listing in my MLS but do not see it in SoftScreen. Why?

MLS automation is available for your broker to elect.
If your broker has chosen to sign on for our automated MLS entry, the following is applicable:

Your email address is your SoftScreen® user ID. Please use the same email address used by your MLS.

If your SoftScreen® and MLS email addresses are the same, and your account is active (you’ve set your password), you will always find your listings in your account.
(Softscreen talks to your MLS every hour on the hour, 24/7/365.

If you had a SoftScreen® account with an email NOT used by your MLS, please transition to your new MLS-linked account. This will make things much easier for you. Listings will automatically populate in SoftScreen® and will also automatically delete when the status changes to “closed.”

The only exception to this is your choosing to withhold your listings from IDX or other third-party websites (like Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc).
When entering your listing in MLS, if you choose to withhold your listings from IDX, you will prevent them from populating on outside websites, SoftScreen® included.
