You will need the following:

  1. An active SoftScreen® property owner account

  2. The address of your rental property entered in SoftScreen®*

*Please note: If you are working with a real estate professional and they have entered the address of your rental property, your agent must “Add Landlord.” This will invite you to join distribution. You’ll need to accept their invitation, which you will find waiting for you in your account. Just sign in and click! This will link your account and your rental property in SoftScreen®.

Once the above is in place, you can receive any and all renter submissions. Renters can proactively apply by selecting the address of your rental property. They can also apply via a link sent to them by email or text. The landlord or any real estate agent can send this link.
