Why landlords might be unable to access applicant information
Perhaps you haven't been invited by your agent to participate as the landlord…
Your agent first needs to enter your email address on the property's private info page in SoftScreen®. Once they do, you'll receive an invitation via email to access all rental offers. This email will have a link for you to log in to your landlord account. If you don’t have an account yet, it will help you create one.You were invited but have not yet RSVP’d and accepted…
You will need to accept your invitation and you'll be able to view all renter applications and submissions.
If you didn’t receive the invitation (it went to spam or was accidentally deleted), just sign in or create a new landlord account using the same email your agent used to send your invitation. Once logged in, you’re autoomatically prompted to accept the invitation.
If you don’t see it, click on “Agent Invitations” on your dashboard menu.
If it is not there, instruct your agent to “Add Landlord” to the property.
