Why am I unable to access any applicant information?
It is either because you haven't been invited by your agent to participate as the landlord - OR - you were invited but have not yet RSVP’d and accepted.
Your agent will first need to enter your email address on the property's private info page in SoftScreen®. Once they do, you'll receive an invitation via email to join and see all rental offers. This email will have a link for you to log in to your landlord account. If you don’t have an account yet, it will help you create one.
You will need to accept your invitation! After that, you'll be able to view all renter applications and submissions. You will also be notified whenever someone applies. If you didn’t receive the invitation (maybe it went to spam or was accidentally deleted), don’t worry! You can still access it. Just sign in or create a new landlord account using the same email your agent used to send your invitation. Once logged in, you’ll be prompted to accept the invitation.
If you don’t see it, click on “Agent Invitations” on your dashboard menu. If it is not there, instruct your agent to “Add Landlord” to the property.
