When is a property address needed?

When choosing to apply for rent, the address of a rental property must be selected to route the renter’s submission to the listing agent and/or the landlord for that address. A Listing Agent, Property Manager, and/or Landlord needs to receive this information to make a decision about their potential tenancy. SoftScreen® provides renter-submitted info to landlords and their representing agents based on the rental property’s address. This ensures delivery to the correct recipients, allowing reports to go safely, directly, and only to those who need them. In this way, renters are empowered with the ability to control the distribution of their own information, limiting it to only those with a permissible purpose for receiving it.
