Use this form ONLY when a landlord or real estate agent with a SoftScreen account HAS ALREADY AGREED to provide payment on your behalf.

If a real estate agent or landlord with a SoftScreen account has agreed in advance to cover the costs of your screening, you can complete this form to let us know. We will handle the rest! Once payment is received, you’ll be immediately notified.

Once notified, YOU MUST sign in to your SoftScreen account to:

  • Fill out and submit your rental application

  • Upload any documents the landlord may have requested

  • Access, print and download all of your generated information

  • You can continue applying for as many rentals as you’d like without the need for any additional payment. SoftScreen gives you 30 days of unlimited everything! Soft pull reports, new rental applications, document upload, and secure sharing with landlords and their agents!
